There is no minimum age requirement to attend or purchase tickets for this event. Children ages 2 and under may attend as lap children and do not require a ticket. If your child will need their own seat, a ticket must be purchased for them.

Payment plan options are not available for Ticket + packages.
Payment plan options are available for Travel Packages. You may pay in full at the time of purchase or secure your package with a 33% deposit with the remaining balance due on November 2nd.
With Ticket + Packages, you can choose your exact section and row during the purchase process. Exact seat assignments will be shared when digital tickets are distributed.
With Travel Packages, you will be able to choose from category seating, and we are happy to note any seating preferences. Final seat assignments (including section, row, and seat) will be shared when digital tickets are distributed.

You can transfer your digitals tickets to your friend or family member through the ticketing platform. To transfer the hospitality/hotel portion of your package please reach out to our guest services team at least 1 week prior to the event date with the name of the guest attending.

You will receive an itinerary with more details about 7-10 days prior to the event date.
Ticket(s) will be digital and transferred to the email address on file via the NCAA’s official ticket provider, Ticketmaster, the week of the event.
Parking is not included with this package, but parking may be available at the venue. Please refer to the venue’s website for more information regarding parking.
If you purchased a travel package, parking at the Grand Hyatt San Antonio River Walk is available for Self-Parking at $47 per night or Valet Parking at $59 per night.

You may request an early check-in, but it will be dependent on hotel availability and is not guaranteed. If you arrive before your room is ready, the hotel may be able to hold your bags with the bellhop until you can check in.

No, transportation is not included from the hotel to the venue. The hotel is about a 13-minute walk to the Alamodome.
