WHO WE ARE

On Location is a premier hospitality and VIP experience company. We help connect fans around the world with their favorite stars, talent, and events and specialize in making the experience memorable on all levels, from in person meetings, premier seating and fine dining to exceptional travel arrangements. On Location Events, LLC d/b/a “On Location”, includes Anthony Travel, CID Entertainment, CID Presents, Future Beat, Kreate Events, PrimeSport, Valley Music Travel, and Steve Furgal’s international Tennis Tours and affiliated entities. We are also part of the TKO Group Holdings, Inc. (TKO) which includes a number of affiliated entities.

Like any company, we use a variety of third party businesses and partners to market and provide our Services to you. Some of those companies are part of TKO and some are third parties that we partner with or support our operations so we can provide the best experience to you. 

ON LOCATION PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy describes how we use the data (which may include your personal information) we collect from you through our digital properties (“Site”), including any website linking to this Policy (unless it has its own data protection policy or privacy notice). It also applies when you purchase tickets, merchandise, or travel arrangements, when you view or interact with content on our online channels, when you attend our events in person, and when you otherwise interact with us, including our social media, marketing, contests, sweepstakes, and surveys (collectively our “Services”). The terms 'Personal Data' and 'Personal Information' shall have the meanings assigned to them under the data protection and privacy laws governing your relationship with us or applicable to your jurisdiction.

HOW WE COLLECT INFORMATION ABOUT YOU

Directly From You

You may provide us with personal information in a number of ways, such as when you:

• Provide information to us via our websites, applications, and other digital channels by signing up, creating accounts (including using social media login), filling out forms, commenting, or otherwise engaging with our online services;

• Communicate with us by e-mail or phone;

• Subscribe to e-mails and/or newsletters;

• Report a problem or request support for any of our Services;

• Buy a ticket or merchandise from us online at;

• Participate in our contests, promotions, sweepstakes or surveys; 

• Subscribe to TKO content online including using any of our online social media channels, official video or streaming partners; and

• Attending any event using our services (e.g. ticket scanning, CCTV, and other on location interactions you may have with us.

Information We Collect From Other Sources

We work closely with third parties (for example, technical service providers, ticketing providers, promotions companies, advertising networks, analytics providers, and search information providers) and may receive information about you from them. Depending on the relationship and activity, they will provide us with certain information that will help us understand how you interact with our Services so we can tailor our marketing and provide better, more personalized Services to you. In some cases, third parties also provide us with information that helps us keep track of transactions, address technical or logistical issues, prevent fraud, or keep our community safe from security threats. 

We may also obtain personal information from lead generation companies for marketing and sales purposes.

We may also receive and display information and content which you make publicly available on your social media account when you use social media logins for our Services or interact with any of our content such as contests, or when you post using one of our promoted hashtags 

Some of our key partners, who we receive data from include: 

• • Sports and Entertainment Properties, who we work with to host premier events around the world. 

  • E-commerce platforms and services, which provide merchandise to fans around the world. 

  • Ticket sellers around the world who sell tickets to events. 

  • Venues which host events and provide various marketing, advertising, customer support, and security services related to events. 

INFORMATION WE COLLECT AND HOW WE USE IT

We may also use the information we have about you

  • to comply with legal and regulatory requirements. 

We combine information we receive from other sources with information you give to us and information we collect about you. We use this combined information for the purposes set out above.

DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

We may disclose your personal information with TKO, for any of the purposes listed in the “Business or commercial purposes for collection, use, and sharing” column above. On Location and TKO may disclose your information to non-affiliated third parties under the following circumstances: 

Consent. If you consent, we may disclose your information to non-affiliated third parties to provide services or products that you have requested and/or services that we believe will interest you.

Service Providers. We may provide access to your information to select third parties who perform services on our behalf to provide you with a product or service and for any other legitimate business and operational purposes. These third parties provide a variety of services to us, including, without limitation, ticket processing, billing, sales, marketing, advertising, market research, fulfillment, data storage, analysis and processing, and legal services.

Other Third Parties. We may disclose your information to reputable third parties so that they may contact you to offer products, services and promotions, such as sweepstakes and contests that you may find valuable. We may also disclose your information to third party advertising networks or other parties with whom we have a contractual relationship with including analytics and search engine providers that assist us in the improvement and optimization of the Service.

These third parties may include lead generation companies that provide us with contact information used for sales and marketing purposes.

Protection of On Location and Others. We may access, preserve, and disclose your information (including user content) if required or allowed by law or if we believe in good faith that it is necessary to:

• Respond to an emergency

• Enforce or apply our Terms of Use or other agreements

• Protect the rights, property, or safety of On Location, TKO, our customers, clients, or others

Business Transactions: We reserve the right to disclose and transfer all of your information, including your contact information, in connection with a proposed (including due diligence) or actual merger, acquisition, transfer of control, bankruptcy, reorganization, or receivership, distribution or sale of all, or components, of our business.

PERSONALIZED CONTENT AND ADVERTISING AND YOUR CHOICES

Online Analytics. We may use third-party web analytics services on our Services, such as those of Google Analytics. These service providers use the sort of technology previously described in the “Information We Collect” section to help us analyze how users use the Services including by noting the third-party website from which you arrive. The information (including your IP address) collected by the technology will be disclosed to or collected directly by these service providers, who use the information to evaluate your use of the Services. We also use Google Analytics for certain purposes related to advertising, as described in the following section. Tailored Advertising. We use your personal information to tailor our marketing and advertising efforts. To do this, we provide your information to third party advertising networks (such as Google Doubleclick) and social media companies (such as Facebook). When we provide data to agencies, ad networks, and other parties for targeted advertising, we do not provide them with your name, financial information, or any sensitive information (such as a government ID or date of birth, if we have collected that). We use online identifiers such as email, cookie addresses, and device identifiers to help us provide targeted advertising to you and others like you. We may also use aggregate information to help advertisers reach the kind of audience they want to target. We may make use of the personal information we have collected from you to enable us to display advertisements to target audiences.

Email Marketing. We also add you to our mailing lists for email communications from On Location and our partners, including TKO when you sign up for our mailing lists, purchase a ticket or our merchandise, or subscribe to our content online. We may also use contact information obtained from lead generation companies to send marketing emails. If you provide us with your email address to receive marketing communications, you can opt out at any time by using the unsubscribe links at the bottom of our emails. Please note that we may send you certain transactional and informational emails based on services you have requested, such as your event registration details or updates to events you may be attending. You may not opt-out of those emails.

Social Media. You may be able to use social sharing features and other integrated tools on the Site such as the Facebook “Like” button. These features and tools may permit you to share actions you take on our Service with other media, and vice versa. Your use of such features enables the sharing of information with your friends or the public, depending on the settings you establish with the service that provides the social sharing feature. Please remember, though, that use of the information you share on social media sites will be governed by the privacy policies of the social media provider, and we are not responsible for how they treat the information.

You may also be able to use your account credentials on social media platforms like Facebook or Google to log-in to certain services we offer. If you link your account with us to your social media log-in, please be aware that this means information such as your username, password, and some account activity may be shared between us and the social media provider.

Text Messaging (SMS). You may have the option to provide your mobile phone number to receive text messages from us. Depending on the consent you provide, these messages may relate to account activity, service updates, verification codes, or marketing offers.

For marketing messages, we will obtain your express written consent prior to sending any messages. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services. SMS consent is not shared with any third parties for marketing purposes.

You may opt-out of text communications at any time by texting STOP in reply to any message. For support, text HELP. Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates charged by your mobile carrier may apply. We handle your phone number information as described in this Privacy Policy.

COOKIES AND OTHER TECHNOLOGIES

We may collect data about your use of the Services through web server logs, cookies, and tracking pixels. Web server logs store website activity, while cookies are small text files placed on your device to: (i) recognize your device, (ii) store preferences, (iii) track visited pages, (iv) enhance user experience, (v) perform analytics, and (vi) assist with security.

Tracking pixels (also known as web beacons or clear GIFs) are embedded in websites, ads, and emails to track usage, measure ad effectiveness, and access cookies. We may also use these technologies to collect device-related data, including IP addresses, browser details, operating systems, internet service providers, unique device identifiers, and browsing or video viewing history before and after visiting the Services. On Location generally treats data we collect using these cookies and similar technologies as non-personal data. However, to the extent that Internet Protocol (IP) addresses or similar identifiers are considered personal data by local law, we also treat these identifiers as personal data in those regions. In addition, On Location sometimes combines non-personal data collected from these technologies with other personal data On Location holds. When we combine data in this way, we treat the combined data as personal data for purposes of this Privacy Policy.

STORAGE AND TRANSFER OF INFORMATION

We operate the Services in and from several different jurisdictions, but the Site is primarily operated from the United States, which is where your information will likely be stored and processed. Your information may be disclosed in response to inquiries or requests from government authorities or to respond to legal process in the countries in which we operate and/or store your information.

The information that we collect from you may be transferred to, and stored at, a destination outside the United Kingdom (UK) or European Economic Areas (EEA), including the United States. It may also be processed by staff operating outside the UK/EEA who work for us, for one of our affiliated companies, or by our suppliers (permitted third parties) who have entered into a processing agreement with us.

When we, or our permitted third parties transfer your information outside the UK/EEA, we or they will impose obligations on the recipients of that information to protect the information to the standard required in the UK/EEA or otherwise require the recipient to subscribe to international frameworks intended to provide secure data sharing. In the case of transfers to us, we will put in place appropriate safeguards to ensure that your information remains protected under the standards required by the sender’s jurisdiction.

CHILDREN

The Services are not directed to children under the age of 13. If we discover we have received any “personal information” (as defined under the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act) from a child under the age of 13, we will take reasonable steps to delete that information as quickly as possible. If you believe On Location has any information collected from anyone under the age of 13, please contact us at the address listed below.

For residents of the EEA, where processing of personal information is based on consent, On Location will not knowingly engage in that processing for users under the age of consent established by applicable data protection law. If we learn that we are engaged in that processing with such users, we will halt such processing and will take reasonable measures to promptly remove applicable information from our records.

OPTING OUT OF THE SALE OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

On Location and our advertising partners collect and share certain information from visitors through cookies and similar technologies to advertise our services and other offerings as described in our Privacy Policy. Under applicable laws, this activity may be considered a sale, sharing, or processing of personal information for targeted advertising. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may opt out by clicking the "Your Privacy Choices" link at the bottom of the site, moving the toggle to the left (it will turn grey), and selecting "Confirm my choices." 

We also may make certain contact information such as your name, email address, phone number, and mailing address available to other businesses in a way that may be considered a sale or sharing or use for targeted advertising.
