Exact seats (section and row) cannot be selected at the time of booking. However, you will be able to choose from specific ticket categories, and we are happy to note any seating preferences. While we do our best to accommodate requests, seating locations are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Final seat assignments will be shared when digital tickets are distributed.

While credit cards are widely accepted in major cities, we recommend exchanging a small amount of currency before you travel for use in taxis, small vendors, or other locations that may not accept cards. You can also withdraw at ATMs once you arrive.

A detailed digital event guide will be sent via email approximately 7–10 days before the event. This will include your full itinerary and all essential information.

You will be able to transfer the tickets via Ticketmaster once you receive them, using the email associated with your booking. Please note – transferring the tickets via Ticketmaster does not transfer any other package inclusions. If you will not be attending the event at all, please reach out to us at 888-225-7920 or guestservices@onlocationexp.com to provide the names of those attending. This ensures they can access all parts of the package.

If you are an active rewards member with an airline, you may provide your frequent flyer information at the airport check-in counter on your departure day. Please note that mileage or points accrual is determined by the airline and cannot be guaranteed.
