Economic crisis and a volatile travel industry are providing opportunities for growth and leadership for the University of Texas Men’s and Women’s Athletic Departments.

Anthony Travel received the Small Business of the Year Award on Tuesday, an honor that recognizes the efforts, accomplishments and contributions of one South Bend area small business.

Anthony Travel will provide a one-stop shop for travel arrangements including accommodations, negotiated group airfare and car and van rentals.

Through the agreement, Anthony Travel will assist in arranging and coordinating the travel needs for U.S. Soccer and its National Teams.

Anthony Travel will exclusively assist the Lobo Athletic Department with air, hotel, ground transportation, and hospitality arrangements for teams, coaches, administration and staff.

The agreement ensures the Temple Athletic Department dedicated sports travel expertise, personal service and one-stop shopping for all athletics-related travel.
