Kansas Athletics Designates Anthony Travel as Travel Partner

Kansas Athletics, Inc. has named Anthony Travel, the nationally recognized leader in university travel management, as its travel provider. Through the agreement, Anthony Travel will provide comprehensive travel management services and benefit programs, which will help the athletic department save time and money.

“Anthony Travel is going to provide Kansas Athletics with valuable services and the buying power necessary to generate significant savings,” said Kansas Athletics Director Lew Perkins. “By selecting a partner that understands the unique travel challenges and budget constraints of a university athletics community, we will immediately be able to effectively manage our travel budgets while allowing our coaches to focus on recruiting and competition.”

Nancy Schoeck, a 23-year industry veteran, will serve as the onsite Account Manager for Kansas Athletics. Schoeck is well-versed in all facets of group travel, meetings and events. She began her work in Allen Fieldhouse on May 11.

Kansas Athletics is the 12th Athletic Department to partner with Anthony Travel for year-round onsite servicing, and joins the University of Texas as the second member of the Big 12 Conference to do so this year.
