On Location’s Anthony Travel Deepens NCAA Relationship with Agreement to Oversee NCAA Championship Ground Transportation Program
June 2, 2026

June 2, 2026 (New York) – On Location, a global leader in premium experiences, hospitality and travel, has announced an expanded agreement with the NCAA through its subsidiary Anthony Travel, that will deliver a consolidated ground transportation program across 45 NCAA championships spanning Divisions I, II, and III across the fall, winter, and spring championship seasons.
Central to the expanded ground transportation relationship isa next-generation ground transportation technology platform. Customized specifically for the NCAA, it leverages AI and automation to efficiently source vendors, track payments, and facilitate assignments of motor coaches — all while delivering real-time visibility through portal access and intuitive dashboards. The platform will feature a user-friendly web interface and mobile app. Additionally, Anthony Travel’s nationwide network of vetted motor coach partners ensures reliability and safety at scale.
“This agreement ensures that the NCAA and every traveler receive a true championship-level experience fueled by innovation, efficiency, and care,” said John Anthony, Founder of Anthony Travel and Executive VP of On Location.
“We are excited to expand the NCAA’s relationship with On Location’s Anthony Travel to include the championship ground transportation program and we look forward to additional efficiencies and innovative thinking from the On Location team,” said Mario Morris, NCAA Senior Vice President of Administration and Chief Financial Officer.
The expanded relationship is built on years of collaboration. On Location has been involved with NCAA tickets and hospitality since 2010, providing fans with elite championship experiences through hospitality packages that bring them closer than ever to the biggest games. In 2013, Anthony Travel began working with the NCAA to consolidate championship housing management. In 2024, Anthony Travel was awarded the renewal of the program and introduced new technology to source hotel properties for awarded sites. Anthony Travel began partnering with the NCAA in 2016 to manage ground transportation planning and operations for the Men’s and Women’s Final Four.
