New Chief Revenue Officer Appointed
ON LOCATION APPOINTS SHAWN DOSS AS CHIEF REVENUE OFFICER
New York, NY (April 1, 2025) – On Location, a global leader in premium experiential hospitality, today announced it has appointed Shawn Doss to the role of Chief Revenue Officer. Doss will join On Location in early May, reporting to Ed Horne, On Location’s Chief Operating Officer, and will be based in London. On Location was recently acquired by TKO Group Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: TKO), a premium sports and entertainment company.
Shawn Doss joins On Location from sports consultancy Elevate, where he was Chief Business Officer, International, bringing over 15 years’ experience working in senior roles within sports hospitality sales and business development. Hewas the first employee of Elevate Sports Ventures in January 2018, and was responsible for leading business development and serving as the lead liaison for the agency’s international clients.
In his role at On Location, Doss will be responsible for optimizing global sales resources and structure across On Location’s business, with the company’s sales leadership and enablement teams reporting to him. He will also oversee ticketing, pricing and yield management, driving commercial strategy to accelerate business growth.

In 2024, On Location announced a multi-year extension of its global hospitality partnership with the NFL, solidifying the company’s standing as Official Hospitality Provider of the NFL through 2036, and separately, announced with FIFA its appointment as the Official Hospitality Provider of the FIFA World Cup 26™, which will take place across Canada, Mexico and the USA next summer. In 2021, On Location signed a three-event deal with the International Olympic Committee (IOC) to be the official hospitality provider for the Olympic and Paralympic Games in Paris 2024, Milano Cortina 2026 and Los Angeles 2028.
Before Elevate, Doss held various executive and leadership roles with sports franchises in the NFL, NHL and NBA, and served as a consultant to the President of the 49ers, working on various off-field business growth initiatives. He consulted for Legends and Atlético de Madrid, where he grew hospitality revenue by over 33 percent prior to its inaugural season in the brand-new Wanda Metropolitano Stadium. As Vice President of Ticket & Premium Sales & Membership Service with Prudential Center and the New Jersey Devils, Doss pioneered the first-ever flex membership program in sports, generating over $3 million in ticket revenue during the 2015-16 campaign. Prior to this, Doss worked with the Atlanta Hawks and Phillips Arena, the Atlanta Thrashers, Phoenix Coyotes and Jobing.com Arena. Doss was a main driver behind the Hawks becoming the first team in all of major professional sports to truly institute dynamic pricing in ticket sales.
Doss has a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Pennsylvania State University and an MBA from Columbia University.
