No, there is not a minimum age to attend the event. However, you will need to provide a valid ID to collect your credentials. Children 2 and older must have a ticket.
You can choose your exact section and row during the purchase process, but the exact seat location will not be confirmed until the tickets are in your possession.
Ticket(s) will be digital and transferred to the email address on file via Ticketmaster the week of the event.
Availability and type of accessible seating tickets will vary based on each venue’s policies and/or the type of event taking place. Yes! You may pay in full at the time of purchase or select a 50/50 payment plan with the final payment automatically deducted on 10/1.
Parking is not included with this package, but parking may be available at the venue. Please refer to the venue’s website for more information regarding parking HERE.
Timing has not yet been finalized. You will receive a detailed event guide via email approximately 5-7 days prior to the event date, which will have further information.
The Superstars who will be appearing at the All-Inclusive Pre-Show Hospitality will be confirmed closer to the event date. Please note that while we aim to facilitate interactions, we cannot guarantee that you will meet or interact with every Superstar in attendance. Talent is subject to change.
Merchandise items will be available for on-site pickup only. Items must be collected in person and cannot be shipped after the event.
Please note: the exception to this is the Ring Mat Plaque, which will be shipped 2-3 months after the event to the address on file. Please check your specific package details to confirm your inclusions.
You will secure your WWE Priority Pass and Lanyard on-site at our welcome table during the check-in process. You will receive further details on this approximately 5-7 days prior to the event date.
Photos will be emailed approximately 2-3 weeks post event.
Once received, event tickets can be transferred via Ticketmaster. Hospitality credentials are physical and cannot be transferred digitally. If you are not attending the event, please reach out to us at 800-591-9198 or via our Contact Form with the names of the guests attending so we can ensure they receive access to the full package experience.
No, there is no re-entry to the venue.
The menu has not yet been confirmed. If you have any dietary restrictions, please let our team know via our Contact Form. After the pre-show hospitality, a variety of food and beverage options will be available throughout the venue at concession stands for purchase.
As the official hospitality provider of the WWE, all On Location ticket packages include hospitality. If you are interested in booking tickets only, we recommend reaching out to the venue directly.
