On Location’s Ambassador program is a network of staff across the US who are vital to making sure our guests have an incredible experience at our events. Ambassadors are the first faces our guests see upon arriving and also work behind the scenes to set up, break down, and make our elevated experiences happen.
Joining our Ambassador team allows you to see what upcoming events have staff needs. You can sign up to work when and where you want, and make your own schedule!
Our events stretch across the nation and industry. Search for jobs by your hometown or pick up gigs in areas you are traveling to. It’s up to you!
From VIP meet and greets with artists and athletes to everything in between. Join us on tour stops or at our largest festivals. There is no shortage of event types you can work!
ARE YOU AMBASSADOR MATERIAL?
Ambassadors are individuals with a passion for live entertainment, exclusive events and delivering unforgettable experiences. As an Ambassador, you will deliver on our guest’s expectations of a highly memorable event, top-notch service and helpful staff. Ambassador roles vary by event and venue, and are available across the nation at events that activate in your local city. With On Location you will be eligible to work events with all subsidiaries and brands within the Company. Jobs will be accessed through our staff portal and will vary in duties, scheduled hours and pay. Details for each job will be confirmed as you are scheduled and confirmed for the event.
We are looking for passionate individuals with a background in hospitality and event work to assist our team when we come to your hometown. The Ambassador position is a temporary, demand-based position.
Job Requirements for Ambassadors:
As an Ambassador, you will create an inviting atmosphere for our guests by demonstrating excellent customer service skills. It is essential to be well versed in our policies and event specific procedures in order to assist in executing a flawless event.

Successful Ambassadors will have the following skills:
